Because you're not configuring correctly the compiler. Did you
follow the instruccions on readme.1st file?

Don't do it!. As Hans-Bernhard say, this file is installed from
djdev*.zip file. You can find on

c:\djgpp

or whatever directory where you had installed the compiler.
