This newsgroup is for DJGPP discussion. DJGPP can be re-built as a
cross complier, but then you need additional libraries etc... 

The addressing that you indicate is a PC based address for a video
card. When you say non PC based do you mean a PC104 board or a non x86
board with a PCI/AGP PC video card?
