Because I missed this fix when I did the update.  There were thousands
of changes in CVS - but most of them were new feature related.  I searched
check-in descriptions for "bug" and asked the workers if there were any
other bugs I hadn't found.  This one was missed, sorry.

I need to add this to my list of things still broken in the v2.03 update.
