You have to install it in the directory identified by /dev/env/DJDIR.
/dev/env/DJDIR is a special path that DJGPP programs understand. It expands to
the value of the environment variable DJDIR. DJDIR is usually defined by
DJGPP.ENV, which all DJGPP programs read at start up and use to define certain
environment variables.

Setting PERL5LIB would probably work. Run "perl -V" to see where it looks for
modules normally (@INC).
