Subject: something new with reply-to

I fiddled with the list software a bit, trying something new with how
the reply-to stuff is handled.

The way it works now is this: If the person sending the email is
subscribed to the mailing list (or is posting through news), the
reply-to will be set to the list like before. If the person is
emailing and NOT on the list, the reply-to will not be set.

I figure this way, subscribers won't get two copies of everything (nor
will senders have problems with the anti-spam addresses used by news
posters), but new users asking for help will at least get one copy ;-)

Let me know if it blows up.
