can be used to provide LFN API services to the DOS box.  Windows 2000
and Windows XP are the "later" versions of WinNT and they provide the
LFN API (with a few bugs).  You can also run the LFN TSR above under
Windows 2000 and XP.

There are also LFN API TSRs available for DOS - but I haven't used any
of them enough to make a recommendation.
