It's a new version.
I have not adopted a consistent versioning system.
The earlier versions of the library also included (ordered and unordered) hashing using synonym chaining, but since then I have removed it,and will incorporate it in a future version.
But this is the latest version of the library for closed hashing.The library is ansi-c , portable and 
make script is provided for installing under DJGPP/DOS and GNU/LINUX.
