I have 4 ISA cards (around 9 years) and they share the IRQ's. 
It works for Dos, SCO and some other stuff, but not windows... ;-))

For some month I have bought on eBay three Serial ISA-Cards with 8 Ports 
each and they share the interrupts very well. (Manufactur: ExSys)
