1) BASIC "SCREEN 10" is BIOS "INT 0x10/AX=0x000F"
2) After writing to the ATC (Attribute Controller), you must re-enable Video
access by outing 0x20 to 0x3C0, then inputting from either 0x3C0 or 0x3DA.
