The confusion arises because 9 is less than 13, and the releases
do not have leading zeroes in their version numbers.  Thus:

     bnu295 < bnu2112 < bnu2121 < bnu213
      2.9.5    2.11.2    2.12.1     2.13

Watch the dates.
