Oh, sorry. Searching at http://freshmeat.net/ for "pdcurses" eventually leads
to the SourceForge home page:

    http://pdcurses.sf.net/

Unfortunately this site is unavailable to me at the moment. Perhaps you can
get a gzip'd tar file of the sources from there?
