well, to eloborate on that extremely succinct comment, color coding complex
information tends to get out of hand very quickly (besides, what is a
natural color theme for stdlib is not necessarily so for someone else).

a good example of color coding is traffic lights. people all over the world
can easily grasp the meaning of the different colors (although, admittedly,
in Turkey drivers tend to consider traffic lights as mere suggestions, but
I digress).

with so many different categories and classes of documents, color coding
djgpp documentation would be ambiguous at best, and possibly cause migraine
headaches for others.

OTOH, the documentation already contains an excellent index (both info and
faq). As for the FAQ being a single page, that allows one to use the "find
in page" function of your browser without needing a web server. so i find
it quite handy, and i would not want to have that replaced.

but, see, this is your chance to make a contribution to djgpp: instead of
leaving things in limbo, you can follow through, and help fix them.

i am not sure what you are getting at here. if i see a post i want to
respond to, i will, otherwise, i won't.
