Not in non-English versions of the thing.  In German editions of
Windows, c:\PROGRA~1 _is_ C:\Programme.  If there's a "C:\Program
Files" on top of that, it'll usually be c:\PROGRA~2.

At least unless something truly silly happened, that is.  Like a
broken attempt to backup/restore all of drive C: with a method that
fails to conserver the short aliases of the long filenames.
