If you are running 2K or XP then go and grab the Rhide 1.5.0 snapshot
from www.rhide.com . Also make sure you are using the DJDEV203b.zip
which is dated after 1-Dec-2001 and if not go and grab the latest
version from from Simtel or a mirror. 

If you are running DOS, Win 9x or NT then you need to give more info
like what is your OS, path variable and what version of Rhide you are
using and the exact error message displayed.
