Nothing's wrong with your compiler - it's your program
that is wrong, as the compiler is correctly pointing
out.  Either (1) change the cout line to:

std::cout << "TESTING!!";

or (2) add a line right before it that reads as
follows:

using std::cout;

In addition, get yourself a new C++ book - whatever
you're using is out of date.  I recommend "Accelerated
C++" by Andrew Koenig and Barbara Moo.
