Hmmmm... are you sure you are not refering to setting the variable DJGPP... that must be entered in your autoexec.bat as the full path to your DJGPP.ENV file. Mine is looks like this: SET DJGPP=D:\USR\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV BTW, this file, DJGPP.ENV sets the bash variable $DJDIR (yes, there is one) based on what you set DJGPP to. BUT PLEASE DON'T CHANGE IT.
