1) I'm not sure what the second call argument for keep() should be in
   protected mode for compatibility, so I did what I thought was right.
2) New ZIP, with some documentation, and keep() broken into a separate 
   module.
3) Consider it beta - minimal testing on my end.  If it seems OK, I'll 
   have DJ update it on Simtel.
