You need to hit the "View" button in the upper right until it says
either Full or Partial. The non-category options list each package
individually.

That's kinda my fault (I wrote the first rev of setup 2.0). There
wasn't an easy way of visually indicating what needed to be indicated.
In my defense, though, the first versions defaulted to the "partial"
view, which listed only those packages that needed updating, and the
one-liner under the list was sufficient help at that time.
