This is my fault - I sent DJ a pile of updates for the zip picker 
directions and he merged them into the CGI the best he could.  He
sent me the updates for review and I never did the review.  We need
to get the readme.1st directions and zip picker consistent.

I disagree here - I use cmd.exe and have fewer problems than with
command.  But there are minor problems with each, it just depends on
which ones irritate you more.  In any case the zip picker recommends
command, and indicates you can change it if you'd like.
