Like all the other files in the DJGPP package, you unzip with the
djgpp directory as the root directory, and with directory structure
intact.   There should be a 'w' in the filename.  The package is
called CWSDPMI  

Thing is, I didn't think it was necessary to install it when using
win3.1.   Doesn't win3.1 handle DPMI services in a DOS window?
