Get my newest RHIDE build for DJGPP from 
http://rhide.sourceforge.net/snapshots
It uses GDB-5.2.1 internally (currently newest stable version)

However I cannot of course be sure it will work ...
I'm also not using Watt-32 (haven't even tried it)
