Using the linux makefile would definatetly be wrong. I think winquake 
is supposed to be compiled with Visual C. I think they included VC's 
project file with the source. You should start there and look up the 
files which are used to build winquake and then compile them using 
RSNTDJ (not sure about that) or MINGW.
