Hello.

I think Diogo may need to modernise his C++ as well as naming his
source file correctly.  Try this code instead:

#include <iostream>
int main()
{
	std::cout << "Hello!" << std::endl;
	return 0;
}

I would recommend getting a more up to date tutorial.
