Do you add the lines

path=%path%;c:\djgpp\bin
SET DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env

to your autoexec.bat, or to you environment list? (this depends on your

djdev203.zip

Try to read the file readme.1st, in orfer to install succesfully the
compiler, libraries, etc.
