Hi group,

I have been dealing with some pretty big libraries (and a lot of them
simultaneously :-) lately, and when the executables are being built (via
make) I get the following warning (oder so ähnlich):

warning: .text: line number overflow: 0x194f9 > 0xffff

I haven't noticed a big problem in the executable as a result of the
warning. But the problem is a little more serious with dxe2gen, which will
not create the library AT ALL when this error occurs. I ran a google search
on it and came up with zip. Is there an ld/ar/cc1/gcc option to prevent this
overflow?

Ben
