Then you shouldn't have any problems with allocating up to 196MB of
memory: the sum of the above two numbers is the total amount of
virtual memory that you should be able to allocate.

Do you have a program that tries to allocate more than 64MB and
fails?  If so, and if the advice of the FAQ doesn't help, please post
here the details of the failure (what library function fails, how do
you allocate memory, etc.).
