Make sure You have latest update of djdev203.zip and apply patch included
at end of gnu/gcc-3.1/readme.DJGPP (from gcc31b.zip) for include/sys/djtypes.h
(from djdev203.zip)

It seems that according update of djdev203 is becomming urgent ...
