Which version of dxe2gen are you trying to re-build? (dxe2_011.zip?)

I have not tried this. Check the following:-
	1) All of the libs in the lib directory are dated Feb 2002
this year. THis is unless you have re-built any of the packages after
downloading them.
	2) Can you build other packages?
	3) Check that the GCC 3.03 exe files in the bin directory are
dated 3-Feb-2002. If not then I would upgrade to this version of if
you have time then download the GCC 3.04 source and re-build

If this does not help please let me know and I will try building
dxe2gen my self later this week.

Regards,
Andrew
