I was running a simple test on an old win 95 OS laptop with djgpp version=
3.04. downloaded three days ago. =20
We also have version 2.952 running on an IBM desktop, win9n 2nd edition a=
nd on a Dell P4, 2ghz, we are using versions 2.952, 2.953, and 3.02, usin=
g same test program without any trouble. =20
when running cout.cpp, error message stated that cc1plus.exe failed.
I'm not a user of gxx or a c++ programer. My son is. I'm hardware tech su=
pport ( 40+ years). The failure reflected a 64K boundry on first number: =
"can't allocate 65536 bytes after allocating 7783800 bytes."
As for your message: Before submitting this form, ask yourself - did you =
ask this question in comp.os.msdos.djgpp or djgpp AT delorie DOT com first? If n=
ot, why not? You should do that, and wait for an answer, before using thi=
s form.
YOur talking greek to me. I told you, I'm hardware, not programmer geek.
