Hello,

   I would like to use have the pc speaker beep at certain points in my
program.
When I used the Microsoft "C" compiler in the past I did it by doing the
following,

putchar(7)

  When I try the same in the DJGPP compiler the speaker does not beep right
away. Any ideas what is going on?
