I'm using Win95 with DJGPP with 1024x7xx resolution
with 24-bit color depth and I have no problem. Maybe
your problem comes from the fact that under Win95
you don't need to use CWSDPMI anymore.
I just noticed that Rhide gives me a LOT of problems
and I do not use it for the moment any more.
