This is easily preproduced with expr.y from djgpp libc cvs.

Symify points to getargs.c, line 217 (copied by hand):

	case 'd':

	  break;

optarg is NULL here.

This is from bison 1.32. It looks like that I have bison 1.28
installed on this machine that runs plain DOZE, if it might matter.
