I've been using Emacs 21.0.98 for ages now and I haven't had any problems with
it. I'm not a power-user though. I don't have any complicated elisp set up and
I don't use any character sets other than plain ol' ASCII. I do use your
feedmail+blat set up occasionally though.

I can also testify that it's easy to build Emacs with DJGPP.

I guess I should upgrade to 21.1.
