I am honestly sorry about this. It was my inappropriate language.
It is not my mother tongue and one sometimes doesn't know right from
wrong, simply because these phrases are being used all over the place
by people who SHOULD know, at least concerning command of language.
I honestly didn't know it was that bad. One cannot tell from a
dictionary.
What's worse is that I started off something I actually despise - off
track emotinal arguments in a technical group.
My (probably overstated) anger was about this frequent desire of many
posters to just appear smart instead of contributing a sensible answer
to
the original question. This is about newsgroups in general. This one
actually IS very clean, helpful, and positive.
