This question would be better answered by Eli, I have never tried running
DJGPP on W2K or XP but I do know there are issues with these NT Based OS's.
DJGPP.ENV is a text file, so you will soon be able to tell if it is litrally
corrupted. I suspect that the problem has been addressed and that Eli or one
of the other DJGPP guru's (which I am most definitely not) will quickly
point you in the right direction.
