Check your path - gxx should be in \DJGPP\BIN (or where you put it).  You
didn't give any error messages - but you should also make sure you are
using updated DJDEV203, GCC*, GPP*, BNU* files which support Win2K (they
should be dated in December 2001 or later).  If not, grab new versions
from Simtel.
