Thanks a lot for Your responze. You help me a lot.
I just wanted to hear some opinions about this matter to start tests.
It is always good to here opinion someone who has experiencies in some area.
I try one of them and let You known my results.

We use 16550, 16540 ports.
As multiport card we use Flynix - 4 ports (16540), MOXA - 8 ports (16C550)
or other.
