argv[1] is a string (like "100") not a number ! if You write argv[1]>=100 
then progrm understoods is at adres_od_string_in_memory(argv[1]) >= 100, 
so it is something like 0xFF11231 > 100  etc...

use :
int i = atoi(argv[1]);
if (i>=100) ...
