Yes, please post here the entire message printed when vim crashes with
CWSDPMI.

Try disabling these memory-resident programs and see if that helps.
It is especially recommended to remove SHARE, it will give you trouble
(see the FAQ for the details).

Also, I see indications that you use DOS4G, probably for Ghostscript.
Please be aware that DOS4G is incompatible with CWSDPMI; programs that
use DOS4G will crash if they are run under DJGPP programs using
CWSDPMI, and in many cases crash CWSDPMI and the parent DJGPP program
as well.  (This is probably unrelated to the problems you reported.)
