DJ already answered this: you won't get this in DJGPP.

We only have SIGPIPE and SIGHUP in our signal.h because AFAIK Posix 
requires them, and DJGPP is Posix-compliant.

AFAIK, SIGHUP is not about networks, it's about async communication lines 
(terminals and dial-up lines).
