In order to share data files on a Novell Netware one can use the Novell
"shareable" file attribute to allow multiple users read/write access to
a file simultaneously. What is the best way to add this file attribute
in DJGPP code? Can this be done with a chmod() call or is there some
other technique which is better to use?
