There are two options:-
1) Get the 2.03 refresh files 
2) Get the unofficial 2.04 release. 

In either case read the details on the pages very  carefully otherwise
you will have a non functioning version of DJGPP. DO NOT mix 2.03 and
2.04 files!!!!!!!!!

I have not seen this message. I would check out what you have loaded
as this message should NOT come up. There are other messages you
