See section 3.3 of the DJGPP FAQ, it points to an LFN driver for DJGPP
you can install on NT.

It's possible, but you need to be careful about the setup.  It's best
to have two batch files, one each for each of the two toolchains, and
set up two shortcuts to open a DOS box with one environment or the
other.
