(my guess:)
Statements that use 
  macro's
which simplify the insertion of Assembly Statements,
also the inclusion of special internal "system-level"
keywords and names which make the acessing of
Machine-level registers and etc., easier
for the user.

Borland has these concepts built into its compiler.
