I guess it is Integer.h from libg++. If so then sources are inside gcc2953s.zip
(gnu/gcc-2.953/libgpp/src/Integer.cc if I remeber correctly).
Also be warned that use of libg++ is deprecated and it will no more be
supported with gcc versions beginning from gcc-3.0 (it simply doesn't
compile together with libstdc++-v3). I suggest using some different
package of very long integer arithmetic
