No. It's not just unfair --- it's plain wrong.  CWSDPMI is a DPMI
server; thus its name.  It is not a a DOS extender --- it actually
replaced one called go32.exe as the basis of DJGPP, when the major
DJGPP version number jumped from 1 to 2.  The DOS extender
functionality now is all part of the libc, and almost nothing but the
name go32 remains of it.
