DJGPP does this by default: try
application .../*.cpp .../*.h

info libc alpha glob
gives you an example for that.
Note: in this case you have to add following function to your
application

char **__crt0_glob_function(char * s){s=s;return NULL;}
/*this is a non-expanding(wildcard preserving) replacement for the
function that expands the command line wildcard arguments
automagically*/
