If memory serves me well, current versions of RSXNTDJ don't use the -Zwin32
syntax any longer. Instead, they have a completely separate gcc wrapper,
gccw32 or so, that you're supposed to call.

It tells GCC that you actually want to compile a Windows program,
switches default runtime libraries and such.  If it doesn't work, this
almost certainly means you mucked up your RSXNTDJ installation (wrong
GCC in the PATH, typically).

I suggest you re-read and strictly follow the installation
instructions.
