It might be remotely possible, but it'd be a pointless exercise on a
platform like NT.  To compile a TCP/IP server daemon, you definitely
should use a native Win32 port of GCC rather than DJGPP, which is a
DOS port that just happens to work under NT, too.  Cygwin or MinGW32
are the way to go.
