How exactly did you set DJGPP?

Does it work to type from the DOS box's command line

     set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV

and then invoke RHIDE from the same DOS box and compile?

There's no need to shout: up until now, you are getting help that MSVC 
users could only dream of.

If you like giving up.  This simple setup works for everyone else, so
there's probably something simple you are missing.
